Summer Climbing Camp
(Ages 11-14)
Come and enjoy an adventurous week of rock climbing OUTDOORS!
Climbers will spend the first day getting acquainted with each other while
learning many new skills in the rock gym. We will then venture outside
for the next three days (weather permitting.) Our day trips will take
us to the many cliffs of New Hampshire including Cathedral Ledge, Square
Ledge, and Jockey’s Cap. Under guided supervision students will
learn how to climb, belay, and repel outside. We will all enjoy pizza,
snacks, and refreshments upon our arrival back at the rock gym on Thursday
evening. Our last night will be spent climbing in relays, participating
in closing ceremonies, and sleeping (we hope). Campers will awake to a
brief breakfast (muffins, donuts, and juice) before wrapping up at 8:30am,
Friday.
Our goal is to teach campers the basic skills of rock climbing
while enjoying many challenges taught by a professional staff. Emphasis
is always placed on safety and learning in a noncompetitive environment.

with this sport, this is the course for you! Given your level of prior
experience, we will tailor your day of climbing to suit your skill level.
We will venture out to one of several great cliffs for a full day of top
